It just sits there quietly doing nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iPhone people:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settings \u2192 Cellular \u2192 tap your eSIM line \u2192 check that both &#8220;Turn On This Line&#8221; and &#8220;Mobile Data&#8221; are switched on. Both. Not just one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Android people:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settings \u2192 Network &amp; Internet \u2192 SIM Cards \u2192 find your eSIM \u2192 make sure it&#8217;s turned on and set as your preferred data SIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honestly, check this first before anything else. You&#8217;d be surprised how often this is the whole problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Airplane_Mode_On_Then_Off\"><\/span>Airplane Mode On, Then Off <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know it sounds too simple. Just do it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn Airplane Mode on, count to 15, turn it off. Your phone hunts for networks again from scratch. Signal drops and &#8220;no service&#8221; messages disappear a lot of the time after this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It works because it clears whatever weird network state your phone got stuck in. A lot of the time, the signal pops up immediately after. This is probably the fix for most people reading this right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pick_the_Network_Yourself\"><\/span>Pick the Network Yourself <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your phone picks a network automatically. Sometimes it picks the wrong one. Or it can&#8217;t find one at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can take control and choose manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iPhone:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settings \u2192 Cellular \u2192 tap your eSIM line \u2192 Network Selection \u2192 turn off Automatic \u2192 pick from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Android:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settings \u2192 Mobile Network \u2192 turn off Automatically Select Network \u2192 pick from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try each network until one gives you bars. Yes, it&#8217;s a bit annoying. But it works when automatic selection fails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Update_Carrier_Settings\"><\/span>Update Carrier Settings<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This sounds way more complicated than it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your phone gets small background updates that help it talk to different networks properly. If yours is out of date, your eSIM might not connect even if everything else is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iPhone:<\/strong> Settings \u2192 General \u2192 About. If an update is available, a pop-up appears on its own. Tap Update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Android:<\/strong> Settings \u2192 Software Update. Download whatever&#8217;s available and restart after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Is_Your_Phone_Locked_to_One_Network\"><\/span>Is Your Phone Locked to One Network?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A carrier-locked phone only works with one specific network&#8217;s SIM cards. If your phone is locked, it&#8217;ll block travel eSIMs completely \u2014 even if the eSIM is installed and activated correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Check on iPhone:<\/strong> Settings \u2192 General \u2192 About \u2192 look for Carrier Lock. &#8220;No SIM Restrictions&#8221; means you&#8217;re unlocked. Your carrier&#8217;s name means you&#8217;re locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To unlock it, you have to contact your home carrier and ask. Most will do it for free once your contract is finished or your phone is fully paid off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Delete_the_eSIM_and_Start_Fresh\"><\/span>Delete the eSIM and Start Fresh<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When nothing else works &amp; eSIM is not working, a clean reinstall often does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One important thing, though, before you delete the eSIM, make sure you still have your QR code or activation email. You&#8217;ve tried everything. Still nothing. That&#8217;s frustrating, and I get it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At this point, it&#8217;s probably something on the network side that you can&#8217;t fix yourself, an activation error, a configuration issue, something only the provider can see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Message <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/commbitz.com\/contact\">Commbitz support<\/a><\/strong> and tell them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your phone model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your operating system version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exactly what happens when you try to connect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your order number or plan details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They can check the activation status from their end, resend your QR code if needed, and fix network configuration issues directly.
